1. Environmental protection measures
1.1 Noise prevention measures during construction
On-site construction noise mainly comes from construction machinery. In order to effectively reduce construction noise, the following points should be started:
A. Corresponding measures must be taken to make the construction noise meet the requirements of "Noise Limits for Construction Sites" (GB12523) issued by the State Environmental Protection Administration. The noise limit during the earthwork construction stage is: 75dB during the day and 55dB at night.
b. In the alternative construction schemes, use construction techniques and construction machinery with low noise as much as possible.
c. Arrange noisy machinery and equipment far away from the construction red line to reduce the impact of noise on outside the construction red line.
D. Machines with loud noises should be shut down at noon (12:00 to 14:00) and at night (from 20:00 to 7:00 the next day) during the rest time, so as not to affect the rest of nearby residents.
1.2 Pollution prevention and control measures for dust (dust) during construction
Earthwork construction and the driving of construction vehicles can cause dust to fly and make nearby total suspended particulate matter exceed ambient air quality standards. In order to pay attention to environmental protection work:
A. Equipped with a sufficient number of sprinklers to ensure that the dust (dust) on the construction road is controlled to a minimum.
b. Regularly dispatch people to clean the construction pavement to reduce the amount of dust.
c. Sprinkle water regularly on construction sites that may raise dust, and provide necessary special labor protection supplies for the workers present. The fine or bulk materials that are likely to cause dust should be covered or properly sprinkled with water, and should also be covered during transportation.
D. Vehicles entering the construction site should slow down to avoid dust.
1.3 Prevention and control measures of vibration pollution during construction
A. In the alternative construction schemes, try to choose construction techniques and construction machinery with low vibration.
b. Arrange the mechanical equipment with large vibration at the position away from the construction red line to reduce the impact on the vibration outside the construction red line.
c. For construction machinery with large vibration, stop the machine during the rest time at noon (12:00 to 14:00) and at night (20:00 to 7:00 the next day), so as not to affect the rest of nearby residents.
1.4 Prevention and control measures of water pollution (wastewater) during construction
A. Strengthen the maintenance of construction machinery to prevent oil used by machinery from leaking into groundwater or municipal sewers.
b. The domestic sewage and domestic garbage (especially the feces) in the concentrated residential areas of the construction workers shall be centrally treated to prevent and control the polluted water source, and the toilet shall be equipped with a septic tank.
c. For flushing aggregates or operating water containing sediment, filtration and sedimentation tank treatment or other measures should be taken so that the sediment does not exceed the amount of sediment discharged with water from rivers and lakes before construction.
1.5 Prevention and control measures of solid waste during construction
A. Pay attention to environmental sanitation. The domestic garbage within the construction project land shall be dumped to the designated stacking point within the fence, and shall not be piled up outside the fence or dumped at will, and finally handed over to the environmental protection department for centralized treatment.
b. The solid wastes during construction shall be piled up at designated points and disposed of in different categories.
c. Scrap steel, wood, plastics and other solid wastes generated during construction shall be recycled.
D. It is strictly forbidden to use hazardous waste as earthwork backfill.
1.6 Other environmental protection measures
A. Establish an environmental protection management team, headed by the project manager and composed of professional backbone members, to do a good job in daily environmental management, and establish environmental protection management data.
b. Establish and improve environmental work management regulations, and corresponding environmental protection content should be included in the construction organization design.
c. Underground pipelines should be properly protected, unknown pipelines should be identified in advance, and brutal construction operations are not allowed. If cultural relics are found during the construction, the construction should be stopped in time, effective sealing and protection measures should be taken, and the owner should be reported to the owner in time.
D. Establish a public complaint hotline and take the initiative to accept public supervision.
E. During the construction period, soil erosion should be prevented, and the waste stone should be handled well, so as to achieve overall planning, rational arrangement, comprehensive management, and turn harm into profit.
